ORDER SUBMISSION / CANCELLATION

The submission of an order for products constitutes a binding offer to purchase them at the total price indicated when submitting the order, as this includes VAT, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts to which you are entitled as a customer. Your order is completed upon its acceptance by the company by sending a written confirmation (confirmation email) to the email address (email) you indicated when submitting your information to our database. In case you do not receive a message confirming your order, please contact the store immediately at info@dimiourgiestheodora.gr in order to request that the submission of your order be completed successfully.

For any order cancellation (total or partial) you should send an email to info@dimiourgiestheodora.com or call 2310/243344. The possibility of canceling the order exists throughout its processing and if you have not yet received notification of its dispatch. Once the customer has been informed of the completion and dispatch of the order, any cancellation is not accepted.

 

SHIPPING METHOD/TIME/COST

Each order is prepared and shipped within 10 business days.

 

Shipments are made throughout Greece and abroad.

For the safe transport and delivery of your orders, we cooperate with the following companies:

ACS courier & ELTA: for shipments within Greece.

ELTA with Registered Shipping for shipments abroad.

In the case of hard-to-reach areas or areas in which the charge is higher than the one calculated in the order, the shipment is made by registered mail.

THEODORA is not responsible for any delays in the delivery time of the order due to an obstacle of the transport company as well as for losses and damages during transport.

As soon as the order is shipped you will receive an informative e-mail.

The Store has taken all the necessary measures for the security of transactions using your credit card. However, in the event that your credit card has been proven to have been fraudulently used, your charge may be canceled at your request to the Bank that issued your credit card, which must investigate your complaint. For this reason, you have an obligation as soon as you realize that this event has occurred to inform the competent Bank, so that it is canceled and its use by unauthorized persons is blocked.
